• Timing: We strive to adhere to scheduled times but cannot guarantee exact timings. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Access: Ensure that your laundry is accessible for pickup and that there is a safe location for our personnel to leave your items during delivery.

5. Fees and Payment

• Laundry Preparation: You are responsible for ensuring that all items are suitable for laundering and are free of hazardous materials. We are not liable for items that are damaged or lost due to insufficient packaging for pickup.
• Lost or Damaged Items: We handle all items with care. In the event of loss or damage, our liability is limited to the lesser of the item's replacement cost or the maximum amount specified by law.

7. Restrictions

• Prohibited Items: Do not include items that are illegal, hazardous, or potentially harmful. We reserve the right to refuse service for such items.
• Special Items: For delicate, valuable, or non-standard items, you should inform us in advance. Special handling may be required.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations: You may cancel scheduled pickups or deliveries with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
• Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion and are generally only offered for service failures directly attributable to us.
